Step 1: Microwave chocolate, evaporated milk, and coconut oil for 1.5 minutes in a bowl.

Step 2: Mix until smooth then stir in coconut flakes.

Step 3: Pour into an 8x8 pan and let cool in the fridge until hard. Voila!

Healthy Treat #2: Simple Chocolate and Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Bites

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 cup of nonfat strawberry yogurt (not with fruit on the bottom)
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons of strawberry jelly (100% fruit seedless is best)
  • 4 teaspoons of miniature chocolate chips (chopped into tiny pieces)

Directions:

Step 1: Mix all ingredients together.

Step 2: Spoon mixture into a flexible mold or dollop onto parchment paper.

Step 3: Freeze until solid.

That's all there is to it! Use a heart-shaped mold for a lovely Valentine's Day theme.

Healthy Treat #3: Easy Peasy Chocolate Lava Dip

This recipe is perfect for creating a delicious dip for strawberries. You can dip just about any fruit in it for a delightful and not entirely unhealthy treat. Enjoy!

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 1/4 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
  • 1/2 cup of fat-free evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil

Instructions:

Step 1: Microwave 1 cup of chocolate chips, evaporated milk, and coconut oil in a bowl for 1.5 minutes.

Step 2: Stir until smooth then stir in remaining chips.

Step 3: Serve immediately or let cool to room temperature.

It doesn't get much easier than that!

Healthy Treat #4: Stunning Edible Fruit Bouquet

Out of all of these treat recipes, this one takes the cake for simplicity.

Here's what you'll need:

  • Cookie cutters (any shape or size should do)
  • Bamboo skewers
  • Fresh fruit (watermelon, honeydew melon, and apples work great)

Directions:

Step 1: Slice your fruit into the desired thickness.

Step 2: Use the cookie cutters to create shapes (hearts work great, of course).

Step 3: Poke the bamboo skewers through the fruit pieces.

You can then arrange a bouquet using a small vase or poke the back end of the skewers into an apple as a base. You'll be amazed at how stunning these fruit bouquets look!

Healthy Treat #5: Classic Straw-nana Smoothie

A classic strawberry and banana smoothie is perfect for breakfast or to have as a healthy sweet treat. It's packed full of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. This recipe is incredibly quick and easy to make.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 2 cups of ice
  • 1 1/2 cups of strawberries
  • 1 5.3-ounce container of nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 banana (the riper the better)
  • 2 tablespoon of honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract

Directions:

Step 1: Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

Step 2: Serve and enjoy.

Add some festive straws and a strawberry garnish for extra pizzazz.
