I was never one to take supplements to give my workout an extra boost.
Nowadays, people down everything from energy drinks to protein shakes.
And according to a recent study… there's something you can drink before you exercise that can increase fat-burning and boost weight loss.
It’s probably not what you think…
According to the researchers from the Department of Physiology of the University of Granada (UGR), this commonplace drink will increase your fat burning if you take it 30 minutes before aerobic exercise.
While I don’t take any energy supplements for exercise… There is one amazing Indian plant I take every morning.
And I feel half my age!
