Dear Longevity Insider,

Anil Bajnath MD here with your Monday roundup.

Last week, we spoke about how to track your heart (and overall) health. I stumbled across a fascinating discovery about arrhythmia.

Arrhythmia is a condition where your heart beats too fast, too slow, or in an irregular pattern. Treatment options can include medications, lifestyle changes, surgery, and invasive therapies.

Scientists at the Washington University of Medicine have discovered a less invasive treatment for heart arrhythmia. Studies infer that this technique could activate the heart cells to revert to a younger state and repair the tissue.

What is this new technique?
